The MEAN WELL LAD-120A is a 120W security/fire alarm power supply with a built-in battery charger and UPS function. CH1 supplies the load at 13.8V (up to 7.7A) while CH2 charges an external 12V battery at 13.8V / 1A. When AC mains fails, the unit switches to UPS mode and the battery takes over the load; a battery cutoff at 9.5V ±0.5V protects the battery from deep discharge.
