HTD Electronics maintains a thirty (30) day return policy. Buyer may request a return within thirty (30) calendar days after receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, products must be in the same condition in which they were received, unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all included materials, accessories, manuals, and documentation. Proof of purchase or receipt may be required.
To initiate a return request, Buyer must contact Seller at sales@htdelectronics.com. Returns must be shipped only after obtaining a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and following Seller’s return instructions.

Items returned without prior authorization or without an approved RMA request may be refused and returned to sender.
If a product purchased from Seller is received damaged, defective, fails to function under normal operating conditions, or if Seller ships an incorrect product, Seller will provide a prepaid return shipping label and assume all reasonable return shipping costs associated with the approved return, replacement, or exchange process.
Buyer is encouraged to inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt and notify Seller promptly if any damage, defects, missing items, or shipping errors are identified so that Seller may evaluate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution.
For returns requested for any other reason, including but not limited to customer preference, incorrect item selection, ordering errors, change of mind, or products no longer needed, Buyer shall be responsible for return shipping costs. Seller may provide a return shipping label on Buyer’s behalf, and the cost of such return label shall be deducted from the refund amount issued to Buyer.
No return fee or restocking fee will be charged by Seller for approved returns.
Special order, factory-built, custom-configured, modified, obsolete, opened, or used products may be non-returnable and remain subject to Seller's written approval.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method after Seller receives and inspects the returned merchandise.
